Can I pick-up my items if they don’t sell?

Absolutely, however, you are responsible to come get any items you wish to pick up. Nice As New will not find items for you. It is your responsibility to come get items before they are donated or liquidated. We will not call you, so be sure to keep track of when items were brought in.

Who is allowed to pay out my account?

Only the account holder may come and pick up any money made from items that have sold. A driver’s license or photo ID is required to cash out your account. If you chose to do so, you may authorize another person to cash out your account for you, by having a note added to your account by a store associate.

What happens to items that don’t sell?

Items that don’t sell within the allotted time period will become property of Nice As New and may be donated, liquidated, or discarded. It is your responsibility to pick up any items you wish to take back after they have not sold. Nice As New will not call you when items expire, so be sure to keep track of when items were brought in for resale.

I am unable to log into my consignment account, what should I do?

If you are unable to log in to your consignment account, please stop by the store or call us for assistance.

What is the return policy?

You have three days to return items bought at Nice As New. You must have the receipt and all tags still attached to items to return. Electronics, furniture, swimwear, and undergarments are not returnable.

I did not receive my Resale Rewards points, now what?

If you believe that you did not receive your Resale Rewards points, please bring a copy of your receipt into the store so we can investigate. Please note that without a receipt we have no way to verify a purchase was made and therefore would be unable to have points added to your Resale Rewards account.
